Reference number: 20029330 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-12-05 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 24 1.PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS The City invites you to tender for the cleaning of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in its municipal buildings. 2.NATURE OF SERVICES Without limitation, the complete cleaning of systems includes : - Cleaning of centrifugal fans; - Cleaning of heating coils; - Cleaning of air conditioning coils; - Cleaning of condensate trays and drains; - Cleaning of interior panels; - Cleaning filter supports; - Replacement of filters (supplied by the City); - Cleaning fresh air inlet grilles; - Cleaning return air plenums; - Cleaning of auxiliary supply ducts and dampers; - Cleaning of main supply ducts and dampers; - Cleaning of diffusers; - Antibacterial spraying using a fogger; - If necessary, openings and access closures to the ducts must be installed using sheet metal of the same finish and thickness or thicker than the existing ducts (access doors must have a butterfly-type locking system); - Sealing the openings; - Use of a robot or other specialised equipment for inspection and cleaning; - Production of a report with before and after photos and issue of a cleaning certificate with dates and location.
