Renovation of a municipal facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Rancho Cucamonga Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary deliver and install new HVAC unit(s) in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor State License Board Requirement: C-20 Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor License B. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of contract. 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Rancho Cucamonga Area 9530 Pittsburgh Avenue Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91731 Questions Due November 25, 2024 @ 11:00 A.M.
