Engineering On-Call Professional Services: Water Systems, Wastewater Systems, Energy Efficient Systems, and Water Resources Planning Services The City of Flagstaff ("Owner") is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQS") from Arizona licensed engineers ("Firm") to provide professional engineering services for the following Discipline areas: 1. Water Systems 2. Wastewater Systems 3. Energy Efficient Systems 4. Water Resources Planning Services The City intends to award up to five (5) On-Call Professional Services Contracts ("Contract") to selected Firms for each Discipline area. The Contract terms will be for an initial three (3) years, and renewable for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods, at the discretion of the City. Upon award of a Contract, the Owner will issue subsequent Task Orders, at the Owner's discretion for one (1) or multiple projects, as they occur. Fees associated with contracted Task Orders will be negotiated on a project-by-project basis and the duration of the project will be variable and contingent upon the scope of work. Task Orders are not anticipated to exceed an aggregate of $500,000 per Firm, per annum.
