Renovation of a multi-residential development in Beverly, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Replacement of three air handling units and air cooled condensing units serving units 101 and 102. Installation of two 100A recessed electrical panels and new mechanical equipment circuitry. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 12/03/2024 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the BEVERLY HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
