Renovation of a residential development in Oneonta, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The project shall consist of the Renovation of 2 Bedroom Unit types, totaling 4 to 6 units at the Camellia Court location. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 All Request for Information (RFI's) and Product Substitution Requests regarding the bid documents shall be sent to the following e-mail account: jay@evansarchitecturaldesign.com. For a guaranteed response, all Inquires must be made no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled bid opening. A certified check or Bid Bond payable to the Housing Authority in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract and the costs of the bonds shall be included in the Contractors Proposal. Other required bidding documents can be identified by reviewing the project manual and specifications. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect within the project manual or copies thereof. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
