Seminole County (COUNTY) is actively seeking a Construction Manager to assist the COUNTY and it's Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Consultants during the preconstruction phase, and to then perform construction services thereafter as a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR}. Seminole County (COUNTY) is actively seeking a Construction Manager to assist the COUNTY and it's Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Consultants during the preconstruction phase, and to then perform construction services thereafter as a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR}. Work under this scope of services will be to support the Rosenwald Community Property Development inclusive of site amenities distributed throughout 12+/- acres of COUNTY owned property located at 1096 Merritt Street, in Altamonte Springs, formerly known as the "Rosenwald School". The site is located, just west of the Sun Rail tracks and on the south side of Lake Mobile in the Winwood/East Altamonte community, a historic area in the southwest portion of unincorporated Seminole County between the Cities of Altamonte Springs and Casselberry. This will be a multi-phase project with individual phases that may include but not limited to a community center with site amenities such as: fishing pier (dock/ boardwalk), pavilion(s), entry road modifications, parking modifications, and ancillary buildings for additional County/Community services to support the overall development. The CMAR is to be responsible for construction project scheduling and coordination in both preconstruction and construction phases and generally responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the construction project.
