The City of Surrey (the City) invites contractors to provide a quotation on the form attached as Schedule B to Attachment 1 (the Quotation) for the supply and delivery of the goods described in Schedule A to Attachment 1 (the Goods). The description of the Goods sets out the minimum requirements of the City. A person that submits a Quotation (the Contractor) should prepare a Quotation that meets the minimum requirements, and may as it may choose, in addition, also include goods, services or terms that exceed the minimum requirements. The City of Surrey (the City) is seeking one or more qualified Contractors with proven ability to supply and deliver a variety of pipes and related products (the Goods) on an as and when required basis, either directly or through it subcontractors/suppliers. The type, quantity and variety of the Goods will be selected by the City from time to time. The following is a list of the preferred Goods Polypropylene Pipe Polyethylene Pipe Steel Reinforced (HDPE) Ribbed Pipe Corrugated Aluminum Alloy Pipe All inquiries related to this RFQ should be directed in writing to purchasing@surrey.ca.
