Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Four (4) courts will be high pressure washed, as needed 2. Install a base in the cracks where needed 3. Fill all cracks with a court patch binder or concrete depending on the width of the cracks 4. Install (4) membrane layers of the Armor Crack Repair System over filled cracks per manufacturers specs 5. Sweep and air clean area to be surfaced 6. Repaint per industry standards and line playing surface per industry standards and specs 7. Layout, mask, and stripe playing lines with a paintbrush using 100% acrylic textured line paint 8. Remove tape and clean up general work area. 9. Color scheme for courts will consist of Green for inbound areas and Red or outbound areas Questions concerning this Invitation for Bids must be submitted in writing to: Brian Farragher, Director of Facilities and Grounds, Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, MA 01510 or email at bfarragher@clintonma.gov. All inquiries received two (2) or more days prior to the opening will be considered. Repair cracks and repaint (4) all-weather courts at Clinton High School. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
