Renovation of an educational facility in Flower Mound, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 127,951-square-foot educational facility.
RE-BID Electrical Package Joeris, as the awarded CMAR, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals from subcontractors and suppliers for the Lewisville ISD Downing Middle School 20 Year Life Cycle M & R. This project includes the renovation and replacement of existing building components including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, paint, roofing, flooring, wall finishes, A/V equipment, technology equipment, casework, doors and hardware, and other relevant scope. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 26th at 9:00 a.m. Attendance is highly recommended, but not mandatory. Participation by Small, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged, Minority, HUB, HUBZone 8(a), and all other similar firms is encouraged. Joeris General Contractors is an equal opportunity (EEO) employer.
