This project generally consists of a new portable communication equipment shelter to include the construction of a concrete slab, waveguide bridge, portable trailer, emergency generator, and fencing, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) consecutive calendar days.
