Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 118,006-square-foot, nine-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions concerning the Instructions to Bidders, Form of Contract, Insurances and Bonds shall be addressed to the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Department of Administration, Suite 451S, 900 S.W. Jackson Street, Topeka, Kansas 66612, telephone (785) 296-0002. CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION A. This project requires that all contractors wishing to bid as the prime must be pre-qualified by the Office of Facilities and Property Management. B. For more information on pre-qualification please visit https://admin.ks.gov/offices/facilities-propertymanagement/design-construction--compliance and follow the links to contractor pre-qualification or call (785) 296-8899. C. Bids submitted by contractors not pre-qualified will be returned to the bidder unopened. Question Deadline 11/22/2024-Requests for clarifications and interpretations of the Construction Contract Documents (Technical Specifications and Drawings) shall be presented to the Project Architect/Engineer in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the date on which bids are to be opened. Per ADDA 2 bid date for this project has been changed. The new date is December 10, 2024. The time and location will remain the same.
