Contact Information Project Contact: Cary Lamensky Director of Parks and Recreation Email: clamensky@rosenbergtx.gov Phone: (832) 595-3962 Procurement Contact: Blake Skiles Procurement Manager Email: tskiles@rosenbergtx.gov Phone: (832) 595-3363 Department: Parks Requirements Provide mowing services for small areas (approximately 1.83 acres) around the city, which will include: Lot at 2216 Bamore Road - 0.36 Acres Lot between Bridal Path and Wilson Drive - 0.58 Acres Traffic Island at Old Radio Lane and Ave I - 0.36 Acres City Hall Annex 2220 4th Street - 0.08 Acres Lot at 2216 4th Street - 0.16 Acres Lot at 2200 4th Street - 0.17 Acres Welcome Sign at Hwy 36 - 0.05 Acres Row between Ave G and 723 near Hawkins - 0.07 Acres Contract Period Contract shall commence on December 1, 2024, and continue until September 30, 2025. Renewal Options The term of the Contract may renew annually, upon mutual agreement for four (4) additional one-year term(s) under the terms and conditions provided herein, unless written notice of a party's intent not to renew is received by the other party on or before thirty (30) days before the expiration of the then current term.
