Site work includes demolition, clearing, grading, erosion control, and landscape as well as installation of the amenities listed in the plans. Pender County reserves the right to reject any/all submissions. Rebid from 11/5/2024, same documents available https://www.pendercountync.gov/ All M/WBE and HUB are encouraged to respond. Interested contractors must submit a detailed proposal per Articles 1-22 of the provided Bid Set for Construction (Pond Project No. 1230819) and additional enclosures.
