REBID REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for CENTRAL PENDER PARK PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide horizontal and vertical construction services consisting of; Open lawn space, sidewalks, playground area,parking lots, multipurpose fields and concessions building. Site work includes demolition, clearing, grading, erosion control, and landscape as well as installation of the amenities listed in the plans. Pender County reserves the right to reject any/all submissions. Rebid from 11/5/2024, same documents available https://www.pendercountync.gov/ All M/WBE and HUB are encouraged to respond. Interested contractors must submit a detailed proposal per Articles 1-22 of the provided Bid Set for Construction (Pond Project No. 1230819) and additional enclosures.
