The Department of Veterans Affairs, Altoona VAMC, has a requirement to Replace the existing safety valves/pressure relief valves in Building 3 Boiler Room. Potential Sources shall respond with their ability to provide these services as outlined in the SOW. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2DA - Repair or Alteration of Hospitals and Infirmaries. The Small Business Size Standard is $45.0 Million. Responses to this notice should include the following: 1. Company name 2. Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number 3. Company s address, 4. Company s capability to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates the company s ability to meet the below requirements.
