IN SUCH CASES, THE TOTAL CONTRACT TERM CANNOT EXCEED 36 MONTHS. THE STATE OF LOUISIANA HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS State reserves the right to award to that vendor which provides the earliest possible delivery from the date of award.
