Site work for a water / sewer project in Rushville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work Shall Generally Consist of: Installation of Approximately 190' of New 24" Storm Sewer, Water Main Adjustment, Manholes, Backfill and Street Surface Replacement. In Submitting Proposals for the Planned Work, the Bidder Shall Declare That Only Persons or Parties Interested in the Proposed Work as Principals Are Those Contained in the Proposal; and That the Proposal is Made Without Collusion With Any Other Person, Firm or Corporation. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 All questions of a technical nature regarding the project will only be answered in writing by Addendum. Any questions may be submitted by telephone or in writing to Jamie Headen, P.E., Project Engineer at jheaden@bentonassociates.com or at the Pre-Bid Meeting. Questions should be submitted to the Engineer no later than five (5) working days prior to the bid date. All Questions of a Technical Nature Regarding the Project Will Only Be Answered in Writing by Addendum. Any Questions May Be Submitted by Telephone or in Writing to Jamie Headen, P.e., Project Engineer at Jheaden@bentonassociates.com, or at the Pre-bid Meeting. Questions Should Be Submitted to the Engineer No Later Than Five (5) Working Days Prior to the Bid Date. The Owner May Waive Any Informalities or Minor Defects or Reject Any or All Bids, and to Determine Which is the Lowest, Responsive, Responsible Bid Based Upon the Base Bid for the Work.
