Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Gore Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 51,890-square-foot, one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project is being constructed under a Construction Management Agreement between The Owner, St Joseph's Health Centre, and Prosperi Company Limited. All subcontractors will have contracts directly with Prosperi Co Ltd. Subtrades which have been prequalified are as follows: PKG1 SITE WORK PKG2 REBAR PKG3 STRUCTURAL STEEL PKG4 MILLWORK PKG5 SPRAY FOAM INSULATION PKG6 CLADDING PKG7 ROOFING PKG8 SPRAYED FIREPROOFING PKG9 HM DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE PKG10 ALUMINUM DOORS WINDOWS AND GLAZING PKG11 FLOORING FINISHES PKG13 MECHANICAL PKG14 ELECTRICAL PKG15 SPRINKLERS This project is comprised of the construction of a new 52,000 SF, single-storey long-term care facility located on the West Bluff in Gore Bay, overlooking the bay.
