Site work for a road / highway in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of December 20, 2024, project was awarded to Carolina Conduit System , but awarded amount is not available. GC's with experience in underground duct bank construction. The Owner anticipates a project design that will include installing 15-way - 6-inch Conduit Electrical duct bank and manholes. The contractor will be able to mobilize & start work by the first week in December of 2024. The Owner intends to contract with the selected General Contractor to provide infrastructure construction services. The Owner is seeking a General Contractor with considerable knowledge of construction means and methods, knowledge of materials and placement methods, and skilled trade considerations. Services will include (but are not limited to) demolition, excavation, conduit installation, roadway & sidewalk repair and permitting. The General Contractor selected will participate and assist the owner and the project engineer during all phases of construction.
