Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids For the Construction of 110+/- linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main, 500+/- linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main, and 235+/- linear feet of 4-inch PVC water main along Huckleberry Lane. Construction of 45+/- linear feet of 4-inch ductile iron water main and 105+/- linear feet of 4-inch PVC water main along Oaks Way. Also included is the supply and installation of 1 fire hydrant. The contractor shall supply and install all materials as required for the completion of this project. This project is wholly or partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund. See Appendices &, B in the Supplementary Specifications for clarifications and/or requirements that shall pertain to this project. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Company in the pre-qualification category or categories that apply to this Bid. This Bid requires prequalification in all of the following prequalification categories: 4" - 16" Ductile Iron Water Mains, AND 1" and Smaller Water Services. Questions or inquiries relating to this project must be submitted through the Louisville Water Company web-based portal by the date and time indicated for this bid. The Company's Project Manager's estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials for this Project is $100,001 - $300,000. If the Company's Project Manager's estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials exceeds $250,000: a Bid Bond is required.
