Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 104,719-square-foot, eight-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
**Any subcontractors interested in bidding, must notify the construction manager of their intent to bid** The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the addition of an eight-level parking bay of 104,719 SF to extend the existing parking garage by 293 additional parking spaces. Work includes existing site and street demolition for new street parking, landscaping, sidewalks, accessible ramps, drilled concrete piers, cast-in-place concrete structure, precast concrete panels, and decorative metal screens. Additional work includes painted CMU walls, concrete-filled metal pan stairs, aluminum storefronts, hollow metal doors and frames, and overhead coiling doors. Systems include new fire suppression for entire facility and extension of storm drainage, plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and lighting. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manage. This project will be night time work The project WILL NOT require certified payroll. The project WILL NOT require Davis Bacon wages. However, it will require you to meet the wage rates per the information provided in the project files. The project schedule will be updated to reflect completion by 12/30/2025. Based on item #3 above, make sure you include any overtime you deem necessary in your bid.
