Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 104,719-square-foot, eight-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
As of February 27, 2025, all subcontractor trades have been closed. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the addition of an eight-level parking bay of 104,719 SF to extend the existing parking garage by 293 additional parking spaces. Work includes existing site and street demolition for new street parking, landscaping, sidewalks, accessible ramps, drilled concrete piers, cast-in-place concrete structure, precast concrete panels, and decorative metal screens. Additional work includes painted CMU walls, concrete-filled metal pan stairs, aluminum storefronts, hollow metal doors and frames, and overhead coiling doors. Systems include new fire suppression for entire facility and extension of storm drainage, plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and lighting. This project will be night time work
