Reference number: 20029235 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-28 Centre de services scolaire de la Pointe-de-l'Île is inviting tenders for the Refurbishment of Premises at Centre Calixa Lavallée, 4555 Rue d'Amos, Montréal, QC H1H 1P9. The construction start date is April 01, 2025. The date for taking possession before the end of work (anticipated) for this project is August 29, 2025. The date of acceptance of work with reservations is September 12, 2025. This date establishes completion of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than October 03, 2025, i.e. 21 days following the date of acceptance of work with reservations. Unconditional acceptance of the work is scheduled for December 02, 2025, i.e. sixty (60) days after the end of the deadline for correcting deficiencies.
