Site work and addition to a municipal facility in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 10,344-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Expansion of tipping floor building at the East Management Centre Transfer Station. Expansion to the building is expected to measure approx. 31 metres x 31 metres; height to measure 8.3m at entrance eve 1/12 pitch; concrete apron measuring 250mm thickness, 10 metres out from building reinforced with 2 matts of 15mm rebar; and three (3) bay doors, concrete floor measuring 300mm thickness. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is currently underway. Complete scope of work and project schedules may be confirmed early 2025, pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
