Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work shall consist of replacing the existing Mitec Fire Alarm System with a new Notifier system. The main panel is a Notifier 640 unit, recently installed. Currently, it monitors the existing Mitec system. The work will be done while the building is occupied, so the Mitec system must remain in operation until the new system is installed and switched over. All work, including dry wall repair, painting, electrical, data and other associated trades, shall be included in the bid. Complete and properly functioning systems will be required.
