The City of Hillsboro, IL (Owner) invites sealed Bids for LSLR, Phase 2, ILSRF L17 7096 for locating the provided list of service connections, identifying and documenting service connection materials, and replacing approximately 74 lead or galvanized service lines, including meeting federal notification requirements, providing pitcher filters and filter cartridges; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. Substantial Completion: within 90 days. Final Completion: within 120 days Bid security at 5% of total Bid. Certified DBE participation goals: minimum 5% D/MBE & 12% D/WBE applicable to total dollars paid under resulting Contract. Aggregate workforce goals in each trade on all construction work in the covered area: WBE 6.9 percent (Statewide) & MBE 11.4 percent (Montgomery County). The Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) applies to the resulting public works Contract and payment of prevailing wages is required.
