Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

As of January 8, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of construction of one per-engineered metal building complete with interior finishes and associated utilities, site grading, paving and erosion control. The physical location of the proposed facility is Block 24, Lots 31 and 32, Indiahoma, Comanche County, Oklahoma, at the southeast corner of Showplace Blvd. at Main Street. Bids shall be mad in accordance with this Request of Bids and the Bidding Documents. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their proposal is actually in the Office of the Town Clerk prior to the expiration of the time and date stated above. Upon consideration of the proposals, the Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, to waive informalities or minor defect and to make an investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder's ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is the most advantageous proposal. Due to the type of project this is, the contractor will be able to use sales tax and use tax exempt purchases on the project.
