To ask specific questions on project requirements, please call: Jaydy Valdez at (956) 544-0871 Estimated Budget: $4,000,000.00 Estimated Project Start: January 13, 2025 Estimated Completion: November 10, 2025 (300 days) 1. The successful CMAR respondent will provide preconstruction services, which will include assisting the design team with the final development, verification and approval of the plan and specifications. 2. The CMAR will construct the improvements at Olmito Nature Park Phase II. The construction scope of work at Olmito Nature Park Phase II is anticipated to include the following: o Construction of Asphalt and Concrete Roadways o Construction of TrueGrid Paving o Extension of Water and Sewer Lines o Extension of Electrical Utilities and Conduits o Construction of Site Lighting o Construction of Park Administration Building o Construction of Park Concession Building o Construction of Fishing Piers o Construction of Kayak Launch o Construction of Controlled Park Access Points with Motorized Gates and Fencing 3. The CMAR will also be responsible for the special conditions included in the CMAR contract.
