Reference Number 0000282070 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/16 03:00:00 PM EST 1 This Contract Generally Consists in the Provision, in 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026- 2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 and 2029-2030, of Professional Asset Management Services in Connection With the Quebec Bridge, Located in the Greater Quebec City Area. 2 the Professional Services Required Under This Contract Include, Among Others, the Preparation of a Series of Integrated Studies to Develop Strategies for Optimal Management of the Bridge Over Its Entire Life Cycle, With the Aim of Maximizing Its Useful Life and Profitability. the Bridge is a New Addition to the Portfolio of Assets Managed by the Owner, and the Owner Wishes to Obtain Expert Assessments and Advice That Are Independent and Distinct From Prior Professional Services, Particularly With Regard to the Structural Condition and Load-bearing Capacity of the Bridge. 3 According to the Available Information and for Information Purposes, the Total Surface Area of the Steel Structure of the Bridge's Superstructure is Approximately 432,000 M². 4 the Consultant Shall Note That the Superstructures and Infrastructures of the Bridge Are Part of the Portfolio of Assets Managed by the Owner, With the Exception of the Following: The Road Deck Supported by the Main Steel Structure of the Bridge is Under the Jurisdiction of the Ministère De Transport Et De La Mobilité Durable Du Québec (Hereinafter "Mtmd") and It is Excluded From This Contract; The Railway Deck Supported by the Main Steel Structure of the Bridge, Which is Under the Jurisdiction of Canadian National (Hereinafter "Cn") and is Excluded From This Contract. The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canadas two (2) official languages. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
