Painting of Columbia, East Donegal, and Manor/Mountville Tanks Each Bidder Must Deposit, With the Bid, Security in the Amount of 10 Percent of the Bid and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must visit all three tanks to be considered in attendance. Prospective bidders may discuss the project at that time with representatives of the Owner and Engineer. This project will be funded by a PENNVEST loan. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with PENNVEST requirements. The requirements for bidders and contractors under these enactments are explained in the specifications. Question Deadline 12/06/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All Questions About the Meaning or Intent of the Contract Documents Shall Be Submitted Online Portal No Questions Will Be Accepted by Phone, Fax, or Direct E-mail. If the award is delayed by the required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant, the contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder within 120 days of the bid opening, or all bids shall be rejected, in accordance with 62 Pa. C.S. Section 3911.
