Prequalification forms must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (CST), on December 4, 2024. The Respondents will be responsible to distribute the Plans and Specifications to their respective teams. Prequalified Respondents and all subcontractors will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this project per the terms of the Firm NDA. Prior to distributing any portion of the Plans and Specifications, a fully completed Firm NDA must be obtained from all tiers of subcontractors and suppliers and provided to SAWS. SAWS will maintain a public list of those subcontractors and suppliers with Firm NDAs that will be posted to view on the SAWS website. It is recommended Respondents and all subcontractors facilitate receipt of as many of these Firm NDAs as possible in advance of SAWS distribution of the Plans and Specifications. Attendees not meeting these requirements will not be permitted to attend the pre-proposal meeting. Electronic proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price.
