Site work for a mixed-use development in Huntington, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Under this Item the Contractorshall remove synthetic turf and replace it asshown on the plans or as ordered by the Engineer. Thisitem would be utilized for replacement of the batter's box around home plate or repair of the high wear areas like the pitcher's mound, 1st or 2nd base, goal areas, corner kicks or wherever else indicated on the plans. This work shall be performed where indicated on the plans or ordered by the Engineer. Requirements Contract for Synthetic Turf Infields The right is reserved by the Town to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all bids submitted, or to accept the bid and award the contract to a responsible formal Bidder, in the best interest of the Town.
