Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Fourth Avenue Building (FAB) located at 1900 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, OR 97201, sits on the east side of 4th Avenue with Harrison Street bounding the structure to its north. It consists of two levels above ground, a lower level below street level, and two additional underground levels of parking. FAB is connected to the Engineering Building (EB) via its underground level. Separating FAB and the EB on the ground level is a seven-story tower (City Tower) owned by the City of Portland that houses the City's Office of Planning and Development Review, Permit Center, and Record Center. Proposers must be capable of providing a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond for 100% of the construction costs of the Project, estimated to be up to $5,500,000 for this CM/GC Contract. Question Deadline 12/11/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Final Addendum Shall Be Issued By December 13, 2024 5:00 PM. Prospective Proposers must submit questions or requests for clarification or change via email to proposals@pdx.edu. Construction/Field Work to Begin November 7th 2025 Substantial Completion Date November 6th 2026 System Commissioning Complete January 29th 2027 Final Completion Date January 29th 2027
