Rocky Knoll Health Care Center High Efficiency Boiler Plant Installation Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid-bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the base bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount within ten days of receipt of the notice to proceed. Prevailing wage rates are not a requirement for this project. All Bids Must Remain in Effect for Not Less Than 45 Days Following the Due Date of the Bids. Bids May Not Be Changed and Will Not Be Allowed to Be Withdrawn Without the Express Consent Sheboygan County. Of All Persons Working on the Project Will Be Subjected to Criminal Background Checks at the Owner's Expense. Sheboygan County Reserves the Right to Deny Access to Any Contracted Person Not Able to Successfully Pass the Background Check. Sheboygan County Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid, Cancel This Solicitation, Waive Any Informality Associated With the Bid Process and Award the Bid Deemed to Be Most Advantageous to Sheboygan County.
