Liquidated damages of $1,000.00 per consecutive calendar day shall be assessed for failure to complete the project within the specified time frames Furnishing All Labor, Material, Equipment and Other Things Necessary for the Complete Construction of: Project No./project Name: B2310 / South Gordon Road at Pisgah Road Project Description: Project Consists of Intersection Improvements to the South Gordon Road at Pisgah Road/crossing Creek Point Intersection to Include the Construction of a Roundabout and Raised Median, Addition of Turn Lanes, Pedestrian Improvements, Striping Modifications, and Street Lighting. Cobb County Water System Work is Included in This Project. Project Duration: the Time Allowed for Performance of the Project Will Be 450 Days From Issuance of Notice to Proceed. All New Prospective Bidders Are Strongly Encouraged to Pre-register With Cobb County Finance Prior to Bid Closing. Contractor and Their Subcontractors Are Required to Be in Compliance With the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Cobb County Will Affirmatively Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 Usc 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle a, Office of the Secretary, Part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(S).
