Cobb Parkway Pedestrian Bridge Repair / Rehabilitation Project Description: Project consists of rehabilitation, and enhancement of the existing pedestrian bridge over Cobb Parkway (Galleria to Cumberland Mall). Work to include cleaning and resealing bridge deck joints, minor structural steel repair, cleaning and painting steel structures, replacement of side panels, replacement of lighting and various other items. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 365 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed with an interim completion date of July 1, 2025. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any formalities. Questions should be sent via email, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday December 13, 2024,
