Fourth Street in Hartsville, South Carolina. o Scope 1. Remove the existing 40-ton RTU. 2. Installation of a new curb to fit the new unit. 3. Installation of new 40-ton RTU. 4. Install a new heater kit. NOTE: The existing ductwork, electrical, and thermostat will be reused. Also, the contractor will need a crane for the installation. o Bidder Representation The Bidder represents and warrants: a. That the firm is financially solvent and that it is experienced and competent to perform the type of work and furnish the plans, materials, supplies, or equipment to be performed or furnished by it. b. That the firm is familiar with all federal, state, municipal, and county laws, ordinances, and regulations, which may in any way affect the work of those employed therein. These are included but too; any special acts relating to the work or the project of which it is a part. c. The firm has carefully examined the plans, specifications, and scope of the work. The character, quality, quantity of surface, and subsurface materials likely to be encountered should also be examined. Lastly, equipment worthiness should be considered for the performance of the work. The general and local conditions and all other materials that in any way affect the work or its performance should also be taken into consideration.
