The Dallas Independent School District ("District") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP") from qualified sources relative to the provision of the following request For Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP"). This procurement will be managed under the Dallas ISD Construction Services department. The Work consists of: Org 158 - Lida Hooe Elementary School - Project consists of the following: 1. Provide secure vestibule, new storefront, door configuration, and device infrastructure. 2. Renovate restrooms including new finishes, fixtures, lighting, and partitions. 3. Repaint exterior painted surfaces. 4. Provide new landscaping at front entry. 5. Replace limited windows at eastern facade. In accordance with the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 the Dallas ISD is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from general construction contractors.
