Sumter Landing Community Development District is Requesting Bids From Qualified Firms for the Lake Sumter Landing Flood Control Building Roof Structure Replacement. Any Questions Regarding This Itb, Please Email Susi Belon at Susan.belon@districtgov.org The project generally consists of a roof replacement to accommodate two "Bilco" hatches. The roof replacement to the facility is further described in the attached Construction Drawings / Specifications / Project Manual and these Bid Documents (see exhibits). Contractor's Responsibilities: o Permits and any engineered drawings beyond those provided. o Remove existing "removable" roof structure and replace with new permanent attached roof structure. o Contractor is responsible for Engineered Truss Drawings. Engineered drawings to be approved by owner representative. o Bilco Aluminum Roof Hatch (Skuttle): Contractor is responsible for any engineered drawings required for permitting. Engineered drawings to be approved by owner representative. o Coordinate with Owner's subcontractor for any electrical work needed. Electrical work is not in the scope of work. o Colors and texture to match existing. Existing finish materials to be repaired as needed at no cost to owner Question Deadline 12/03/2024 at 4:00 PM ET
