Decentralized Fleet Maintenance Facility Solid Waste Design-Build The City of Tampa seeks Professional Design-Build services for a 54,000 SF (Approximately) New MultiBay Fleet Maintenance Building and site. The New Multi-Bay Fleet Maintenance Building and site shall be designed and constructed to the limits of its foundation, concrete walkways, and patio, based on an existing approved conceptual design and layout. Refer to the attached Design Criteria Package.
