The Improvements include the cleaning and sealing of mortar and flexible seals on portions of the Courthouse as well as miscellaneous related work as indicated in the Bidding Documents. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % -- Each Bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
