Sewer Service Lines Replacement. Each bid submitted must contain the following items: (1) Bid form, signed by bidder; (2) Bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price, the bid guaranty can bein the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the PHA, a U.S. Government bond endorsed to the PHA, or a bid bond executed by the bidder in accordance with HUD-5369,Clause 9; (3) Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Bidders - Public and Indian Housing Program Form HUD-5369-A. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds on the form contained in the Contract Documents in the amount of 100% of the full amount of the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the PHA. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, separately or in their entirety; to accept or reject any Bid by line item; to waive any informalities in the bidding; to consider and award Bids in a manner that will be in the best interest and most advantageous to the PHA, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders, as appropriate, whose bid or bids, as appropriate, conforms or conform, as appropriate, with all the material terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids.
