Asotin-Anatone School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms in the following disciplines: o Mechanical Engineering Design o Energy Audit HVAC Design The district has received a rural small schools modernization grant and is expecting to receive another one in 2025/26 to upgrade the HVAC Controls and other HVAC upgrades throughout their school facilities. We will receive letters of interest with the following items being requested and will follow up with a phone interview to make our selection. Phone interviews anticipated to be November 26th. Letters of Interest must be no longer than 3 pages and must include the following items.1. &tempmargin;Firm name and contact information and number of years as a firm.2. &tempmargin;Experience in designing or assisting in HVAC design projects3. &tempmargin;Experience in performing energy audits in order to meet the requirements of HB 1257 for district facilities.4. &tempmargin;3 references of owners for performance of HVAC - HVAC Controls designs and energy audits.
