The City of Vancouver (CoV) requires a pre-qualified consultant list allowing the City to retain consultants for required services, as and when the needs arise, in the form of a Request for Services to the standing offer contract over a three-year term. The scope of work will include: Monitoring and project management during the removal of hazardous building materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and guidelines. Conducting hazardous building materials assessments (including assessments for pre-demolition, renovations, and management) following all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and guidelines. Conducting indoor air quality assessments and mould spore air sampling following all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and guidelines, preparing reports and scope of work documents for monitoring, project management, and assessments, in accordance with CoV requirements and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and guidelines. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
