Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Calumet City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construct a new 8" water main along Arthur Street from Woodview Avenue to 160th Place, totaling approximately 550 feet. Transfer all water services from the existing 6" water main to the proposed 8" water main. Remove existing fire hydrants and replace in kind. Ancillary work also includes the removal and replacement of pavement, driveway, and sidewalks. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Arthur Street Water Main Improvement / 0240355.00 Bid Security A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of City of Calumet City, Illinois, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Base Bid for the Divisions bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
