The Town of Hartford, VT is requesting bids for Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% minimum, Sternpak 70, and Polymer 8837 delivered to our water and wastewater facilities. The contract will include the delivery of 990 gallons of Chlorine per order, to our Water Treatment Facility in Wilder, 4,000 gallons of bulk Stern Pak 70 per order, to Quechee Wastewater Facility, and delivery of 275-gallon totes of Polymer 8837, to our White River Junction Wastewater facility. The period of service is December 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026. The Town of Hartford assumes no responsibility and no liability for costs incurred by the proposer in responding to the request for bid or in responding to any further request for interview, additional dates, etc. prior issuance of a contract. Purchases subject to annual budgetary appropriation. The contract shall be awarded to a responsible and responsive proposer as determined by the Town and review will include the following considerations: o Ability to perform successfully under the terms of the scope of services. o Prior experience and past record of performance. o Price of product. o Any other criteria considered relevant by the Town. The Town of Hartford reserves the right to modify any requirements associated with this bid and the scope of work.
