Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 300,000-square-foot, six-story above grade laboratory facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project consists of a five to six-story complex of approximately 270,000 to 300,000 GSF. Work includes the creation of flexible, modular, multi-use experimental research and support spaces to accommodate a broad range of disciplines; a manufacturing core; a vivarium; an advanced imaging core; and conferencing, seminar, and building amenity space. PLEASE NOTE: - Bid packages will be issued approximately November 22 with bids due approximately December 20. - Bid Documents only available on CM project management software.
