The Project consists of CONTRACT ONE Water Line Construction Phase 1A -- (Danville - McKinney Interconnect) Construct 8,260 feet of 8-inch C-900 PVC water main, 9,523 feet of 8-inch DR 17 PVC water main, 4,540 feet of 8-inch DR 21 PVC water main, metering station, related piping, fittings, equipment, and restore construction site. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 to 5:00, and office of the McKinney Water District on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of [9:00 to 4:00], and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Lynn Imaging, Lexington KY. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Bidding Documents (please order by contract number) may be viewed and ordered online by registering with the Issuing Office at Lynn Imaging, Lexington KY. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from online portable document format (PDF) files. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office (please order by contract number). This project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder as follows: Location and Serviceability of the bidder, versatility of the equipment, and services, apparent dependability of the equipment and services, generally accepted reliability of manufacturer and services and reputation of bidder.
