The work consists in completely refurbishing the existing site, mainly by redoing the roadway structure, building the curbs, constructing the concrete slabs for the waste containers and those for the refrigeration units, dismantling the existing retaining walls and building the retaining walls, installing the perimeter fences and building the infiltration ditches to manage runoff water, as well as all the work shown on the plans.
