This project consists of installing an 11-foot wide, 6,000-foot long concrete bike trail, including a 192-foot long elevated boardwalk. Grading, cement stabilization and the installation of drainage structures will also be performed. Location : Between Marion Avenue and Cook Road, and between the B&O Bike Trail and Trimble Road. This project is funded by the City of Mansfield, the Ohio Department of Transportation, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Bond Percentage 100.00% Alternative to Electronic Bid Bond Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Letter of Credit, or Bid G proposes to furnish all labor and material required and necessary to complete such improvements or parts thereof, as the City of Mansfield may decide, in accordance with the plans and with the terms of the Contract and Specifications thereof, on file and bind themselves on acceptance of this proposal, to enter into a contract (in triplicate) with the City of Mansfield, Ohio, in the form of said Contract and Specifications, and give bond for the faithful performance thereof including a one year guarantee against defective materials and workmanship and a bond guaranteeing payment of all labor and materials, all to the satisfaction of said Board with a Surety Company, each in a penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated aggregate amount to be received under the terms and provisions of said Contract, but in no case shall the amount of any bond be less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the execution and completion of such improvements or parts thereof at prices named herein.
