The City of Frisco is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of concrete alley pavement, drive approaches, and a mow strip, on the alley between Sebastion Inlet and Hillcrest Road. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national bank, or a bid bond from a reliable surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond and a payment bond within (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount). A five percent (5%) BID BOND or CASHIERS CHECK must be submitted with the bid package.
