Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Provo, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Epic 100 regional sports park was designated as a visionary project in the Provo Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Currently, over 300 local teams are competing for very limited field space in Provo, with the largest site accommodating 5 fields. As a result of a LWCF conversion of park property next to Timpview High School, 100 acres were purchased in 2019. This site is situated along the new Lakeview Parkway and Provo Airport, which will provide excellent access to 21 competition fields and support facilities. This facility will be the largest in the region and will meet the needs of not only local community with neighborhood park amenities and will provide needed sports fields for local recreation programs. Upon completion, this site is estimated to provide needed economic stimulus to Provo and the surrounding region, by serving as the host site to major regional sports tournaments and events. Future local spending in transportation, lodging, restaurants, entertainment and retail are estimated at $30 million annually. Phase I is to build the 15 northern most athletic fields, 2 playgrounds, restroom building and support maintenance structures. Phase II is to build a lighted 45 court pickleball complex that has been designed to include 4 elite courts and 1 Championship court, a single athletic sports field, 4 pavilions and a restroom facility. Funding for the pickleball elements is dependent on fundraising efforts by the Provo Foundation. Phase III includes the 5 southwest fields, south playground, and restroom facilityAC This project is included in the city’s 2025/2026 - 2029/2030 Capital Improvement Program. As of October 29, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
